I've been searching around for a while and can't seem to find an answer to this (thought I had it a few times with the Project Browser and then Export Selected Tracks--but alas).

What I'm looking for is very similar to ProTool's "Import Session Data" dialog.

I want to be able to export all the data on the far left hand side of the screen available to a track (Inserts/EQ/Sends/Channels/Notepad/Quick Controls) for an entire session. Then, at a later date, I want to be able to re-import the same data back into the session, overwriting any changes I've made since the export. I do not want any changes made to the actual audio or automation.

"Import Selected Tracks" is close, but doesn't allow a choice for what data is imported--along with the fact that it always creates a new track instead of allowing the option of overwriting a current track.

Any help's appreciated!!

Export/Import XML tracks is about the only way.
Of Course if you only need to bring over a few things just open up 2 projects and Copy and Paste between them.
Depends what you are doing or needing tho!

What about just saving the channel? It allows all EQ, sends and inserts; you could save a channel, say "dialog 1" into the session folder and recall it at any time. John.
